We’ve carried that philosophy, enthusiasm, and craftsmanship forward. Harold’s appointed president, Frank French, has also been seen walking properties and ensuring each is something to be proud of. Residents might even see Frank on the rooftops exercising his super-power of roof upkeep, ensuring our communities are kept warm and dry.

Meet Angie
Vice President
Angie French’s strengths and experience provide well-rounded property management leadership. She sees the big picture needs while having a keen attention to detail, appreciated by her teams, clients, and customers.
With more than 25 years of multi-housing industry experience, Angie has seen and done it all. She has overseen conventional (market rate), senior housing, manufactured housing, receivership (REO), tax credit, Common Interest Community (HOA), and new construction “lease up” properties. Her expertise offers insights into all operational facets of property management. Angie’s impressive background and knowledge shine in her current role as vice president at Mid Continent Management Corporation.
As a stalwart in the industry, companies, organizations, and developing talent turn to Angie for her insights. The numerous organizations she supports regard her commitment to growth and vision for the future. These include the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) on several committees and is a past board chair and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Driven and devoted to her work, Angie cultivates that spirit and potential in others. Her meticulous care and recognition of improvement make her an excellent mentor, receiving recognition for offering opportunities for young talent. Angie serves on the Real Estate Advisory Committee for the University of Wisconsin-Stout’s Residential Property Management Program and often speaks at MHA functions. Angie continues her commitment to the next generation of industry professionals by providing internships through her leadership role at Mid Continent Management Corporation.
Meet Frank
President
A Renaissance man of the housing industry, Frank‘s decades of leadership and expertise in a variety of roles are highly regarded. He has held several leadership positions in multi-state, international organizations in both the commercial and residential space. His property management leadership roles have spanned senior living, healthcare facilities, conventional (market rate), manufactured housing, receivership (REO), tax credit, Common Interest Community (HOA), and new construction “lease up” properties.
Currently, Frank is president of Mid Continent Management Corporation. His team has been recognized with numerous industry awards and is renowned for their commitment to reliable housing and customer care under his stewardship. Described as approachable with attention to detail and skilled hands, Frank walks properties, attends to maintenance from curb to roof-tops, and cares for the resident’s experience first-hand. Frank knows that caring for people, properties, and businesses create a winning combination.
Frank has a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State College and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He is also an active member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and past board chair. With his rich experience and signature charisma and compassion, Frank demonstrates his commitment to the housing industry and is a leader in the property management field.
